City Offices Closed For Memorial Day/ Trash and Recycling Per Normal Schedule

City offices, including those at City Hall, Municipal Court and Utility Billing, will be closed Monday, May 28, in observance of Memorial Day. All offices will re-open for business at their regular time on Tuesday, May 29.

All emergency services and residential trash and curbside recycling collection will operate as usual on Monday. Street and utility crews will be on stand-by in the event of an emergency.
City parks, including all spray parks, the Baytown Nature Center and both skate parks will remain open. Pirates Bay Waterpark will be open Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

The Baytown Green Center will be closed Monday; Sterling Municipal Library will be closed Sunday and Monday; and the Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Center and Baytown Community Center will both be closed Monday.

A Memorial Day Ceremony will be held at Bicentennial Park (1001 Market St.) at 11 a.m. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Baytown Community Center (2407 Market St.)
