The City of Baytown Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) is a 9-member committee appointed by City Council.  CDAC holds public hearings, reviews the status of CDBG-funded programs, and establishes a funding recommendation for the annual budget of the Community Development Block Grant.

Meeting Schedule
The Community Development Advisory Committee meets at least once each fiscal quarter and more frequently during the budget development process.  Each year, the CDAC sets their meeting schedule (PDF 15k) along with dates for additional activities.
