NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
CITY OF BAYTOWN
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR PREPARATION OF A MOBILITY PLAN FOR THE CITY OF BAYTOWN
The City of Baytown Planning and Development Services Department invites the submittal of Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from firms interested in providing a Mobility Plan for the City. Sealed proposals will be received by the Planning and Development Services Department of the City of Baytown until FRIDAY, AUGUST 13, 2010, 2:00 p.m., at the City Hall located at 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas, 77520 or P.O. Box 424, Baytown, Texas, 77522. A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for July 21, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. at the Baytown Community Center at 2407 Market Street, Baytown, Texas.
"The City of Baytown is providing the following information as an addendum to the original release of a Request of Qualifications to prepare a Mobility Plan.
The City is willing to commit additional funds if necessary to accomplish our goals up to $300,000. Additionally, the deadline to submit Statements of Qualifications in response to the RFQ has been extended to at or before 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2010.
The following questions and responses that were previously distributed have been updated accordingly.
Q: What is the budget and source of funds?
A: The project has been allocated up to $300,000. All funds are local as there are no federal or state dollars included.
Q: What is the deadline to submit questions to staff?
A: Friday, August 13, 2010 at 5:00 p.m."
