- Verify zoning clearance with the Planning Office;
- View Deed Restrictions at the Inspections Office;
- Complete application and file City Clerk’s Office;
- Pay a $5.00 yearly fee.
- The City Clerk’s office will mail the permit to you after the Inspection Department has inspected and approved the premises. Reference Baytown Code of Ordinances §82-131 through §82-170
