NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Baytown will hold the first and second public hearings on December 14, 2017 in the Council Chambers at Baytown City Hall, 2401 Market Street, Baytown, TX, at 6:30 P.M., giving all interested parties the right to appear and be heard on the following item:
1) proposed voluntary annexation of approximately 4.36 acres, located on the south side of I-10 approximately 1,650 feet east of the intersection of I-10 and Thompson Road, legally described as Tract 2U, Block 2, Elena Fruit & Cotton Farms subdivision, Unit D, Harris County, Texas.
2) proposed voluntary annexation of approximately 23.53 acres, save and except 2.73 acres, previously subdivided by deed, legally described as parts of Tracts 14, 14B, 15B, and 16B, Block 12, Highland Farms Subdivision, Harris County, Texas and the Thompson Road right-of-way, located north of I -10, for a distance of 1,890± feet.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Baytown will hold the first and second public hearings on November 21, 2017 and December 19, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at Baytown City Hall, 2401 Market Street, Baytown, TX, giving all interested parties the right to appear and be heard on the following item:
1) the proposed rezoning of approximately 20.8 acres of land, across from Baytown Area Water Authority on Thompsons Road, addressed as 1901 Ellis School Road, Harris County, Texas, from Open Space/Recreational (OR) Zoning District to General Commercial (GC) Zoning District.
