NUMBER OF MEMBERS:	Five (5)
APPOINTED BY:	City Council
COMPOSED OF:	Five (5) directors, none of whom shall be a member of City Council during his term of office. One (1) director must reside outside the city limits of Baytown but within the boundaries of the Authority.
TERM OF OFFICE:	Two (2) years: two (2) directors are appointed in odd number years and two (2) are appointed in even number years.
DUTIES:	A majority of the duly qualified directors shall constitute a quorum of any meeting of the board and a concurrence of a majority present and voting shall be sufficient in all matters pertaining to the business of the authority, including the letting of work, purchase of existing facilities, and matters relating to construction work.
MEETINGS:	Third Wednesday each month at 8:00 a.m.
