On April 1, 2010, the U.S. Census Bureau will conduct the 23rd decennial census of the United States. As part of that effort, the City of Baytown is assisting in coordinating local efforts to make sure each resident of Baytown is counted. The Connect-CTY service allows authorized civic leaders to create and rapidly disseminate time-sensitive messages to every telephone number stored in the notification database. Authorized users can send thousands of messages in minutes, notifying residents of severe weather warnings and updates, hazardous traffic or road conditions, and any other situation that could impact the safety, property, or welfare of our citizens. |

BOOT CAMP
Are you bound and determined to make this year the year you finally get fit? Baytown’s Biggest Loser Boot Camp is guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life! The class is designed as a springboard for your very own personal transformation. Workouts vary from Combat Kickboxing to Yoga coordinated by a team of highly specialized, fitness loving individuals.
The certified instructor, Michelle Carlson, has over 4 years of experience to get that body in shape the right way and to make things even sweeter nutritional counseling is also provided. For only $5 per class you get great instruction that will start you the path to becoming a healthy active person for the rest of your life.
