Beginning at the intersection of Spur 330 (Decker Drive) and Baker Road; East along Baker Road to the east line of the HL&P right-of-way; North along the east line of the HL&P right-of-way to the pipeline right-of-way south of West Lynchburg-Cedar Bayou Road; East along the pipeline right-of-way to Garth Road; North along Garth Road to Wallisville Road; Follow the City Limit Line Westerly, then Southerly, then Westerly (north of Interstate Highway 10), then Southerly (along Goose Creek), then Easterly (to a point nearing Garth Road), then Southerly (west of Garth Road) to West Lynchburg-Cedar Bayou Road; West along West Lynchburg-Cedar Bayou Road to the place where the City Limits Line departs to the South; Follow the City Limit Line to the South and West along the northern perimeter of Country Club Cove and Quail Hollow subdivisions to the eastern perimeter of Ginger Creek subdivision; North along the eastern perimeter of Ginger Creek subdivision to West Lynchburg-Cedar Bayou Road; Northwest along West Lynchburg-Cedar Bayou Road to the western boundary of Ginger Creek subdivision and the City Limit Line; Follow the City Limit Line south and west to Redell Road; North along Redell Road and around the Coady Road Landfill; South along Redell Road to the City Limit adjoining Decker Terrace and Craigmont Place subdivisions; Continue to follow the City Limit Line in a westerly and northwesterly direction along Spur 330 (Decker Drive) to Spring Creek; Southwest along Spring Creek to Burnett Bay; Southeasterly along the City Limit Line adjoining Burnett and Scott Bays to the boundary of District 1; North along the boundary of District 1 to Bayway Drive; Northwesterly along Bayway Drive to Park Street; East along Park Street to the western boundary of the unannexed ExxonMobil property (formerly United Rubber & Chemical Corp.); Follow the City Limit Line North and East to Spur 330; Northwest along Spur 330 to Baker Road and the Point of Beginning.
