The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) of the City of Baytown, Texas (the City) is hereby submitted as mandated by City Charter. The City Charter requires that the City issue an annual report of its financial position and activities, and that an independent Certified Public Accounting firm audit this report.
A printed copy of this document is also available for public view during normal business hours and is on file in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall and at the Sterling Municipal Library.
