The City of Baytown will host a meeting of the Unified Land Development Code Citizen Task Force on Thursday, May 7, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Hullum Conference Room at City Hall, 2401 Market Street. The meeting is open to the public and citizens are invited to attend.
Discussion items include a discussion of:
- residential zoning categories and ancillary land use tables associated with residential zones,
a road tour of development in the Houston Metro Area for the ULDC,
possible schedule changes for the ULDC meetings; and
zoning issues and regulations to be included in the ULDC.
