Credit Card Abuse: Do you recognize these suspects?

November 2, 2009

On Thursday, October 1, 2009 at approximately 4:11 p.m. a customer at Wal Mart, located at 4900 Garth Road, reported that her purse had been lost or possibly stolen while inside the store. Shortly after making a police report the elderly victim received a call from her bank informing her that someone was attempting to make a $400 purchase with her bank card at Wal Mart. The victim alerted police and investigators were able to obtain video footage of two subjects using the victim’s credit card numerous times. The duo made five purchases for a total of over $600. Attached is a photograph of the two subjects exiting the store after making the unauthorized purchases.

If you recognize the subjects, please contact Detective Alan Cliburn at 281-420-5857 or call Crime Stoppers at 281-427-TIPS. Remember, Crime Stoppers pays cash and you will remain anonymous.
