Promotional Ceremony for New Department Heads

The City of Baytown will hold a New Department Heads Promotional Ceremony on Friday, May 9, 2008 at 3:00 PM at the Baytown Police Academy, 203 E. Wye Drive. The ceremony will provide an opportunity for the public to meet the following recently appointed department heads:

Kelly Carpenter, Director of Planning and Development
Dick Carter, City Engineer
Kaythie Darnell, City Clerk
Keith Dougherty, Chief of Police
Carol Flynt, Director of Human Resources

Refreshments will be served.
