Early Voting to Begin Monday

April 23, 2010

Residents of Baytown, and those living within the GCCISD and Lee College District boundaries can head to the polls as early as Monday. Early voting, by personal appearance, will take place from April 26 – May 4 at four locations: Baytown City Hall, 2401 Market Street; Goose Creek Administration Building, 4544 I-10, Lee College Administration Building, 909 Decker Drive; and Cedar Bayou Community Building, 7711 Highway 146.

Early voting office hours for all locations are as follows:

Monday, April 26 - Friday, April 30: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, May 1: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday, May 2: 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Monday, May 3 – Tuesday, May 4: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Voters in City Single-Member Districts 1, 2, and 3 will select their representatives on the City Council, while Goose Creek Consolidated ISD will have Trustee elections in Single-Member District 4. Lee College will have a Board of Regents Election in all precincts.
