City offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 25, 2007 and Tuesday, January 1, 2008 in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Holiday. Police Department, Fire Department and Emergency Medical Service emergency personnel will be on duty for emergencies and other City personnel in other departments will be on-call, if required. City offices will re-open for business at the regular time on December 26th and January 2nd.
The Recycling/Drop-Off Center, 1601 W. Main St., will be closed Tuesday, December 25th and Tuesday, January 1st. There will be no residential garbage collection in Baytown on December 25th and January 1st. Residents not serviced on these holidays will receive collection on December 28th and January 4th, otherwise there will be regular schedule garbage pick up during the holidays.
