The City of Baytown announced today that the complete reconstruction of Kilgore Road will begin in early March 2008. In order to review the project’s impact on residents in the area, a public meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chamber at the Baytown City Hall, 2401 Market Street.
The meeting will include a construction overview, project phasing and the traffic flow plan during the construction. If you live or travel in the Kilgore Road area, please plan to attend this important meeting. Attendees will learn more about the project and better understand how the construction process will impact the neighborhoods along Kilgore Road. The project engineer from Klotz Associates, Inc. and the construction manager from Angel Brothers Enterprises LTD., will be attending the meeting to answer any questions regarding the project. This project is funded from the 2001 Bond Program Funds.
