A portion of McKinney Road between Bob Smith and North Alexander will be closed from 7:00 am until 5:30 p.m. each day beginning January 22, 2008 and continuing until January 31, 2008 so that City crews can make needed repairs and improvements to drainage structures, sidewalks and curbs. The closure will be marked with signs and barricades to through traffic and the City asks that drivers obey the signs and barricades and drive carefully when approaching the area. Drivers traveling south on McKinney may want to go east on Bob Smith to north Alexander Drive or west on Bob Smith to Newcastle Drive and then onto Lanier Drive.
