Everyone has one - that box of photographs shoved under the bed, or in the closet. Or perhaps yours is a folder on the family computer, filled with memories of the first day of school, or last summer’s vacation. You don’t want to lose the memories, but you might not be sure what to do with those photographs. The City of Baytown might just have the answer for you.
Baytown Parks & Recreation is offering a two-day Scrapbooking Seminar, May 16-17, at the Baytown Community Center, 2407 Market Street. The seminar will run from 9 am – 6 pm on Saturday and Noon to 5 pm on Sunday. Participants may attend either or both days. Cost for the entire seminar is $30 per person, $20 and $15 for individual days, respectively.
The seminar is open to both newcomers to the craft, and to more experienced scrapbookers interested in learning all the tricks of the craft, including creative cutting, utilizing the popular “Cricut Expression” paper cutter with cartridges. Space is limited, so pre-registration is recommended.
