Overview
The City of Baytown has a services agreement with the Baytown YMCA to operate and staff the N.C. Foote Pool. The pool is open to the public from the Saturday before Memorial Day to the Sunday before local schools start in August. Admission is $1 per person. Children under 2 are free. Pools are open daily from 12 noon to 6 pm. The pools may also be rented. Details are listed below. For details, call 281-420-6597.
NC Foote Pool
Located at 2428 West Main (map). This pool, with a 100-person capacity, features a one-meter diving board, rinse shower, restrooms and a covered pavilion. Reservations for this facility is available in two (2) specified time blocks (9:30-11:30 a.m. or 6:30-8:30 p.m.), and are accepted on a first come basis.

Roseland Spray Park
Located at 100 Roseland Drive (map). The spray park is open to the public from the first Sunday in April through the last Sunday in October. Park hours are 10 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday and 12 noon to 8 pm on Sunday. There are no admission fees, and this facility is not available for rental or reservation.
The spray park has a railroad theme with lots of spray features. There are two covered picnic shelters, a vending depot and public restrooms nearby. There is also a 45 foot long bench arbor covered with a variety of plants. It provides parents and friends with a cool place to watch the kids play in the water.
