Neighborhood Protection is a division of the City of Baytown Health Department designed to assist the citizens of Baytown in helping to improve the Image and Beautification of our City through active involvement in four major activities: Code Enforcement activities, Clean-Up activities, Educational activities, and Public Awareness activities. Neighborhood Protection also participates in the Keep Texas Beautiful program as the Keep Baytown Beautiful Affiliate.

Latex paint can be disposed with regular trash once it is COMPLETELY dried out. For a large volume, I recommended putting a large garbage bag in a big cardboard box and then pouring out the paint (in layers if necessary) until it’s dry.
