Police Services can be found at multiple locations around the city. The main station is located at 3200 North Main Street. It houses Police Administration, Internal Affairs, Records, and Property Room functions, as well as the Investigations and Patrol Bureaus. Other City Departments in the building include the Public Safety Communications and Information Technology Systems.

Adjacent to the main station is Baytown’s
Municipal Jail and, at 3120 North Main is
the Baytown Municipal Court.

| Robert P. Merchant Police Academy |

Located at 203 E. Wye Drive is the Robert P. Merchant Police
Training Facility, behind the main station. While providing a quality
learning environment, the academy also boasts a state-of-the-art
basketball court, cardiovascular equipment, as well as a weight training area.

| Community Services Bureau |
|
The Community Services Bureau is located
at 220 West Defee. Its functions include,
Crime Prevention, DARE, and Crimestoppers.

| Ronald D. McLemore Substation |
|
The Police Department staffs the Ronald D. McLemore Substation located at 3530 Market Street.
The McLemore Substation provides the South West
section of the community with accessible police
functions without having to travel across town.
