On March 14, 2013, the City Council adopted the Zoning Chapter of the Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) and the rezoning of all properties within the incorporated city limits of Baytown. Both the new zoning code and the zoning map will become effective on April 13, 2013, at which point the ULDC will replace the regulations currently in Chapter 130 (“Zoning”) of the Code of Ordinances.
