When to Link
At times, you will need to link to pages on this server (other pages with the www.baytown.org address). There are two primary reasons to do this:
- Providing a link to relevant information in another section of the site.
- Linking to pages you create within your section of the site which are at a "deeper level" in the site that can't be reached using the local navigation menu.
When linking to these pages, include them as contextual links within the body text.

- Edit the page
- Highlight the key words within the body text that describe where the link will take the visitor.
- Click the Link icon on the Edit Toolbar.
- Choose Browse to Web Page and then click the Browse button (next to the address line).
- Navigate through the Baytown site until you arrive at the desired page.
- Click OK twice.
