Texas Emergency Rental Assistance Program (TERAP)
This program can specifically provide rental assistance to tenants who have multiple months of past due rent due or who have been noticed for eviction due to a financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 public health crisis.
The City of Baytown will provide child care assistance to essential workers. This program will reduce the child care cost burden for essential worker(s), who are are incurring child care expenses.
