The City of Baytown’s Community Development Division is now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 CDBG program year.
Request for Proposal packets, including instructions, the application, and a budget worksheet, are now available for download. All applicants are required to submit a budget worksheet with each proposal submitted.
Community Development staff will be available to provide direction on the application process and answer questions specific to your project or service at a Technical Assistance Workshop on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, immediately following the Community Development Advisory Committee meeting, which commences at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Baytown City Hall, 2401 Market Street.
