If you are requesting a virtual court appearance, please review the following agreement:

I understand that this request must be done prior to my appearance in order for the Court to schedule my cases;
I understand by submitting this request the court proceedings will be live streamed through YouTube.
By submitting this request I consent to answer to my case by a virtual appearance.
If you are requesting an in person court appearance, please review the following agreement:
Each defendant will have their temperature taken and screened. Any defendant showing signs of fever or other symptoms will be rescheduled.
Defendants and staff are recommended to wear a mask while in court. If you do not have access to a mask, one will be provided.
You may be asked to wait in your car until it is your time to see the judge to help us limit the number of people in court at one time.
We ask you to bring your own pen for signing documents, and to minimize the items brought into the court to decrease contact between each person.
