Thank you for your interest in the R.A.D. Systems of Self-Defense. The R.A.D. Systems of Self Defense programs for women provide a holistic approach to learning about how to defend yourself. Each program includes lectures, discussions, and strategies for resisting the physical assault. The courses are taught by Baytown Police personnel who are certified R.A.D. instructors. You must be 13 years old or older to participate. (13-15-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult in the class).
The Spring 2022 class is a 12-hour long session. The 12-hours will be broken up into four-3 hour-long sessions. In order to participate, you must be able to attend ALL four sessions of the class.
April 19th, 21st, 26th, and 28th, 2022 at 6:30pm to 9:30pm each night.

***Each class is a 12 hour long session. The sessions are broken up into either a two day-6 hours sessions; a three day-4 hour sessions or a four day-3 hours session. Participants must attend all of the sessions.
All Classes will be held at the Baytown Community Building's Tejas Room, 2407 Market St. Baytown, TX 77521
The course is free of charge, however, since the course fills up quickly, a $25 deposit is required to reserve your spot in the class (deposit will be refunded back to you). Please download and fill out the form. Once filled, return the form and deposit (Cash or Check only), to the Crime Prevention Offices at 220 W. Defee Ave., Baytown, TX 77520
