FREE DANCE FITNESS

  • Introduction: EVERY Monday and Wednesday, 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Town Square (213 W. Texas Ave)
    No registration required. Must fill out waiver.
Dance Fitness is a group exercise that incorporates many forms of dance moves with a full body workout. Learn some new moves and get the results you want. Don't forget your water!
