Free Pound at Town Square

Join us for a fun, free workout on the park!

FREE DANCE FITNESS

Join us on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week from 7:00 to 8:00 pm for a free, one of a kind workout in the park! Make new friends, shake up your workout, and see real results each week in Town Square. This free program combines our dance fitness class with POUND fitness to offer you a fun, high energy workout program three days a week in Town Square!  Don't forget your water!

Location: Town Square 213 W. Texas Ave

Monday - Dance Fitness
Wednesday - Dance Fitness
Thursday - POUND
