Free Pound at Town Square

Join us for a fun, free workout in the park!

FREE DANCE FITNESS AND POUND!

Join us on Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week from 7:00 to 8:00 pm for a free, one of a kind workout in the park! Make new friends, shake up your workout, and see real results each week in Town Square. This free program combines our dance fitness class with POUND fitness to offer you a fun, high energy workout program four days a week in Town Square!  Don't forget your water!

Location: Town Square 213 W. Texas Ave

Monday - Dance Fitness

Tuesday - POUND
Wednesday - Dance Fitness
Thursday - POUND
