Early Voting by Personal Appearance will begin on Monday, October 21, 2019, and end on Friday, November 1, 2019.

The City of Baytown is located in two counties; however, District Nos. 1, 2, and 3 are within Harris County only; therefore  below is the early voting by personal appearance information for Harris County within the Baytown city limits:

Voters may apply for a ballot by mail at any time; however, the last day to apply for a ballot by mail is at the close of business on Friday, October 25, 2019; note that the application must be received and not postmarked by this date.  Residents applying for a ballot by mail shall send their application to the Harris County Early Voting Clerk as listed below:
