Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC)


The Greater Baytown-Chambers County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is a non-profit community organization composed of city and school district officials, emergency response personnel, industry and environmental representatives, news media and citizens of Baytown and Chambers County. The LEPC works together to plan for hazardous materials incidents that may occur in our community.
