Due to the devastation of Hurricane Harvey, many Baytonians are still in need of housing assistance due to damages sustained during Hurricane Harvey can visit the links below for information on the types of assistance available.

The Project Recovery Homeowner assistance program offered through Harris County provides a variety of housing assistance to homes damaged by Hurricane Harvey. Project Recovery will accept applications for the Homeowner Assistance Program to assist eligible homeowners impacted by Hurricane Harvey under a variety of housing activities including rehabilitation, reconstruction, demolition, and elevation. Project Recovery will also accept applications for the buyout program.  Baytown residents who live in Harris County can contact Harris County at the link provided above.

The Texas General Land Office (GLO) will be accept applications for the Homeowner Assistance Program to assist eligible homeowners impacted by Hurricane Harvey under a variety of housing activities including rehabilitation, reconstruction, demolition, and elevation.
