WhatThe City of Baytown Police, EMS/Fire and Health Departments, with the  Stormwater Divisions have initiated a Medication and Sharps Take Back Program.

When: Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm (Except holidays)

HowRing doorbell located at the window in the lobby for assistance. Accepting residential unused or expired medications and sharps. No commercial disposals.

WhyTake back programs and events are collection methods aimed at reducing the quantity of medications and sharps entering the environment and reducing the amount of drugs available for diversion, theft or accidental poisoning. If flushed down the toilet or drain, unused or expired medications contaminate the water supplies.
