To commemorate the City of Baytown's 75th birthday, we shared 75 ways for residents to celebrate throughout 2023.

Listed below are a few events that were held in celebration of Baytown's 75th birthday.

  • Christmas Gift Gallery (November 16 through December 31, 2023)
  • Go vote on your favorate Christmas Tree at the annual Christmas Tree Fantasy display (December 1 through December 16, 2023)
  • Kayak on Goose Creek or Cedar Bayou
  • Paddleboard Crystal Bay
  • Hire a fishing charter out of Thompson's Bait Camp
  • Visit historical markers in Baytown to learn more about the community! 
  • View the 25 sculptures around Town Square and vote for your favorite!
  • Take part in a monthly Audubon Survey (September through May on the 3rd Thursday of each month)
  • Brown Bag Music at Town Square
  • Groove to the music at Town Square Zumba!
  • Full Moon Hike
  • Watch the Brunson Documentary
  • Visit the Baytown Historical Museum to learn more about Baytown's History
  • Pick up an "I Heart Baytown" button from the historic Brunson Theater
