About the Green Center
The Green Center is a waste disposal facility for Baytown residents only. The facility accepts household debris, brush/tree limbs, electronic waste, and all recyclable materials. The Green Center is not for commercial use.
Hours of Operation
Sunday and Monday: Closed
Tuesday- Friday: 12pm-7pm
Saturday: 9am-4pm
Required Documents
- Driver's License
- City of Baytown Water Bill
*Please note: The name on the driver's license must match the name on the City of Baytown water bill.

- TV's , Monitors, LCD's
- Phone Equipment
- Camera/ Visual Equipment
- Computer Equipment
- Printers and Scanners
- VCR's/ DVD Players
Recyclable Materials
- Paper goods (newspaper, cardboard
- Aluminum (cans)
- Textile recycling
- Glass (transparent, brown, green)
- Plastic: Type 1 and 2 (soap, drink or other household containers)
Solid Waste Disposal Fees
- Pickup trucks and cars: $10
- Trailers up to 8': $10
- Trailers 8' - 16': $20
- 3' max height for all trucks & trailer loads
- Trailers over 16' are not allowed
- Fees will be based on combination of vehicle and trailer
The Green Center is a Cash Only facility and the fees are based on load per visit and are posted at the site.
Brush / Yard Waste Guidelines
- Tree lengths may be no longer than 8'
- Grass must be bagged into paper bags or emptied into designated area
We cannot accept
- Foreign materials attached to tree debris
- Plastic bags with debris
- Any wood (lumber, landscape timbers, fencing)
Tire Recycling Guidelines
8 tires are are allowed for disposal per household per calendar year
