About Public Works
The Public Works and Engineering Department provides support and services related to infrastructure owned by the City of Baytown. We oversee the design, construction, operations and maintenance of infrastructure required to provide water, wastewater, streets, traffic, drainage and solid waste collection services to the residents of Baytown.
