The Marshals’ mission is to facilitate and maximize the efficiency of judicial and other court functions, to present an image of concern, competence, and professionalism to the bench and all other users of the Court.

Who We Are and What We Do

The Baytown City Marshal’s Office is committed to ensuring the safety and security of the Court building, Court personnel, and citizens.

The Marshal’s Office is also tasked with locating wanted individuals and bringing them before the Court. They also conduct periodic warrant resolutions.
