The Administrative Services Bureau provides critical operational support that ensures the Police Department functions efficiently and effectively. This bureau manages the department’s financial operations, training and personnel development, communications systems, and official records.
The Finance & Logistics Division manages the department’s financial operations and logistical support. This division includes Accounting, Information Technology (IT), the Garage, and the Quartermaster Unit, which oversees departmental equipment and supplies.
The Training and Academy Division is responsible for officer training, professional development, and departmental readiness. This division also oversees Recruiting and Personnel, supporting the hiring and retention of qualified employees.
The Communications Division operates the department’s emergency and non-emergency call center, dispatching officers and coordinating responses to calls for service.
The Records Division maintains official police reports and documentation and processes requests for copies of reports in accordance with applicable laws and department policies.
