The goal of this Program is to provide eligible residents with non-emergency transportation services within the city limits of Baytown and to/from Houston for medical appointments.
How Do I Qualify?
- Applicants must be a resident of the City of Baytown;
- Applicants must be 62 years of age or older, have a certified disability, or receive a referral for domestic violence/sexual assault;
- All members of applicant’s household must be legal residents of the United States; and
- Applicant’s household annual gross income must not exceed 50% of the median income limits.
How to Apply
Submit a completed Community Development Transportation Program application with required documentation to the Community Development Division at Baytown City Hall, 2401 Market St., Baytown, TX, or via email. Applicants that are below 62 years of age must submit a Verification of Disability form with their completed application.
