Help is available to assist low to moderate-income homeowners with the cost of repairing or replacing decayed sewer lines on private residential property owned by the applicant.
How Do I Qualify?
Home must be primary residence.
Reside within the Baytown city limits.
All property taxes are current.
Mortgage payments are current (if applicable)
Received a notice from City of Baytown Public Works Department.
All applicant's household members must be legal residents of the United States.
The primary program assists those earning up to 80% of the median income, but an additional program is available for higher-income applicants. Apply for both programs using the same link.
