Definitions
Total Room Receipts: The total receipts for the rental of rooms, including charges not subject to tax for reasons defined in §156.101 through §156.103 of the Texas Tax Code.
Taxable Room Receipts: The total room receipts collected in the rental of rooms minus all charges not subject to tax.
