How Did We Do?

The Baytown Fire Department is committed to providing professional and caring service to the citizens and visitors of Baytown. Our goal is to always exceed expectations. Any feedback you provide will help us as we continuously assess our policies and procedures to make improvements and enhance services. 

Send a Compliment

If you would like to send a compliment on the performance of the Baytown Fire Department or a Fire Department employee, you may elect to do one of the following:

  • Call or visit the Baytown Fire Department Administration Building during regular business hours and ask to speak to a supervisor.
  • Complete an online customer satisfaction form and submit it electronically.

All comments will be reviewed by the Fire Chief. If you are recognizing an employee for his/her performance, your comments will be placed in the employee's personnel file and the original document provided to the employee.

File a Complaint 

If you would like to express your concern or file a complaint about the performance of the Baytown Fire Department or a Fire Department employee, you may elect to do one of the following: 

Fire Department Complaint

  • Call or visit the Baytown Fire Department Administration Building during regular business hours and ask to speak to a supervisor.
  • Complete an online customer satisfaction form and submit it electronically.

Employee Complaint

  • Call or visit the Baytown Fire Department Administration Building during regular business hours and ask to speak to a supervisor.
  • Complete an online complaint form and submit it electronically. 

All complaints will be investigated thoroughly.
