For his project, Scott looked at how work crews put dirt back in place after finishing concrete jobs. After he Defined and Measured the issue, Scott used a Fishbone Diagram to help him Analyze what was happening. He found out that customers complained about every job because the dirt the crews used was often clumpy and of low quality. What a great chance to find ways to make the process better and more organized for everyone. Nice work, Scott!
