For her project, Lorena looked into how training new hires on using SOPs. As she Defined, Measured, and Analyzed the issue using a Fishbone Diagram, she noticed there was a delay with fully training new hires using the current method. What a great opportunity to explore additional improvements that could reduce this training time and enhance efficiency for everyone!
