For his project, Abinoab looked at email communications for various projects across the City. As he Defined, Measured, and used a Fishbone Diagram to Analyze the situation, he noticed the amount of time it often takes to get email responses on project updates along with the confusion that happens when more than one email stream is created. What a great place to start looking for ways to make this process more efficient and centralized.
