The Baytown Municipal Court in collaboration with the Baytown PD Traffic Unit, Blue Santa, and other communitiy organizations have collaborated to host the 2nd annual STOP, Look and Learn Traffic Safety and Resource Fair. This is an exciting and dynamic event that brings awareness to the importance of traffic safety and opens the opportunity to speak with resources in the area.
