The City of Baytown employees received a “shout out” from Katy Mitchell at 2411 Cedar Bayou Rd. today.
"She is so pleased with the City of Baytown and thankful for the quick response during the hurricane Beryl clean up. She wanted to say what a great job the city has done as a long time resident of Baytown. It was a great phone call to end the week and she was a pleasure to speak with".
