We’re thrilled to share that significant infrastructure upgrades have been completed in the Bay Oaks Harbor neighborhood! The streets have been transformed from gravel to smooth pavement, enhancing accessibility and improving overall road safety. Additionally, the stormwater drainage system has been upgraded to effectively manage runoff and reduce the risk of flooding. New utilities have also been installed, ensuring greater reliability for the water and sanitary sewer systems.
