The City of Baytown is proud to honor Rhoda Hall as she celebrates 15 incredible years of service!
Rhoda’s journey began in November 2008 as a temp at Utility Billing (UB), followed by some time in Human Resources before returning to UB, where she continues to make a positive impact. Reflecting on her career, Rhoda shares, “Becoming a permanent employee for the City was a blessing when I needed it the most.”
Known for her warm personality and vibrant energy, Rhoda credits her amazing coworkers for helping her come out of her shell. Beyond her dedication to her work, Rhoda enjoys family time, laughing, traveling, horseback riding, motorcycle adventures, shooting sports, and embracing life to the fullest.
We’re grateful for Rhoda’s enthusiasm, commitment, and joyful spirit and look forward to many more years of her outstanding contributions. Congratulations on 15 years, Rhoda!
