We proudly celebrate Erline Maingot for her remarkable 15 years of service!
Reflecting on her journey, Erline shares, “These 15 years have flown by!” One of her favorite parts of working for the City has been building connections across departments. She fondly remembers when the library felt more isolated but now celebrates how united the City team has become. Erline also treasures the families who visit the library regularly, saying, “I’ve gotten to know so many that when I don’t see them, I truly wonder and miss them.”
Outside of work, Erline’s hobbies include podcasting and helping others develop their podcast brands—a labor of love that brings her joy. Her passion for serving the community and giving back reflects her caring spirit and dedication to making a difference.
Erline carries with her the wisdom of her mother, who said, “Your character walks into rooms before your physical self. Be mindful of who you put out there into this world because your character holds so much more value.” These words guide her daily as she strives to reflect authenticity and kindness in all she does.
